Shipping Policy
UK Shipping
All UK orders are dispatched Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 2pm (Monday–Friday) are processed the same day for next working day delivery via DPD. Orders placed after 2pm will be processed the following working day.
We use DPD tracked and signed delivery services to ensure reliability and transparency. You will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Free UK delivery is available on orders over £75. Orders under £75 will be charged at the applicable delivery rate at checkout.
Please ensure that you or someone at your chosen delivery address is available to accept the parcel. If no one is available, DPD will follow their standard procedure for re-delivery or collection. It is the customer’s responsibility to rearrange delivery where necessary.
While we aim to deliver all UK orders on the next working day, delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control. We are unable to issue refunds or replacements for delayed parcels unless the shipment has been officially confirmed as lost by the courier.
Please do not refuse delivery. Refused deliveries may incur the original delivery cost plus any return and processing fees. Any refund issued in such cases will be reduced by these costs.
We do not accept responsibility for deliveries made to freight forwarders or third-party shipping companies. Once delivered to the forwarding address provided at checkout, the parcel is deemed successfully delivered and any further transit is at the customer’s own risk.
International Shipping
We offer international delivery to selected countries. Delivery timeframes vary depending on destination and local customs processing.
All international orders are sent using tracked delivery services.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products ordered are permitted in their destination country. Any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or clearance charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
If customs fees are refused and the parcel is returned to us, any original shipping costs and return charges will be deducted from the refund total. If a parcel is seized, destroyed, or rejected by customs authorities, we cannot issue a refund.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, postal disruptions, severe weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
As with UK orders, we do not accept responsibility for deliveries made to freight forwarders or third-party shipping providers.
Product Integrity and Transit Damage
All products are quality checked, securely packaged, and sealed prior to dispatch.
Once an order has been handed to DPD or an international courier, we cannot be held liable for damage, leakage, or deterioration caused during transit or due to improper storage after delivery. Environmental factors such as temperature exposure, handling, and transit conditions are outside of our control.
If you believe your order has arrived damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide your order number and clear photographic evidence of the issue. Claims submitted outside this timeframe may not be accepted.
We are unable to issue refunds or replacements for products that have been opened, used, tampered with, or stored incorrectly after delivery.
