Returns
We want you to shop with confidence. If you need to return an item, please review the policy below carefully.

Eligibility for Returns
We only accept returns where:

  • The product is unused and in its original condition
  • The original shrink seal is fully intact and unbroken
  • The item has not been opened, tampered with, or altered in any way

For safety, compliance, and quality control reasons, we cannot accept returns on any opened or unsealed products.

Timeframe
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date.
Requests made after 30 days will not be eligible for return or refund.

How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at: support@g10research.com

Include:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

Please do not send items back without prior authorisation.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item received is defective, or
  • The incorrect product was supplied

We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, and meets the eligibility criteria:

  • A refund will be issued to the original payment method
  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of approval

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • We reserve the right to refuse refunds where products do not meet the return criteria

Non-Returnable Items

  • The following items are not eligible for return:
  • Products without the original shrink seal
  • Opened, used, or altered items
  • Items returned more than 30 days after purchase
  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling
